You can cancel your membership with the following steps: - Log into your TeacherVision account - Click "My Account" in the navigation panel on left side of the screen - Click "Manage Subscription" - Click the link to remove the subscription. What content can I access with my account?

Log into your account using your current email address and password. There will be a Subscribe button at the top of the page. Click that button and follow the instructions for starting a new membership.

How can I print a receipt showing that my account invoice has been paid?

You can find PDFs showing all paid invoices for your account using the following steps: - Log into your TeacherVision account - Click "My Account" in the navigation panel on left side of the screen - Click "Manage Subscription" - Click "View and Print Receipts" - Click the number of the paid invoice that you would like to view or print. If you prefer, you can download the invoice from this screen as well.

How do I change my credit card?

You can update your payment method with the following steps: - Log into your TeacherVision account - Click "My Account" in the navigation panel on left side of the screen - Click "Manage Subscription" - Under Payment Method, click the link to edit - Enter the credit or debit card that you would like to use for future charges. Click the Update button to save your info.

How do I change the password on my account?

To update the password used for your TeacherVision account, log into your account with your existing password. Click or tap the person icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Click or tap "My Account". Then, click or tap the red "Edit" link near the middle of the screen. Then complete the fields for existing password and new password.

How do I change the email address on my account?

To update the email address used for your TeacherVision account, log in using your existing email address. Click or tap the person icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Click or tap "My Account". Then, click or tap the red "Edit" link near the middle of the screen. You'll need to provide your account's password. Then, you can change your email address.

I am using Gmail. Why am I not receiving the emails about my subscription in my Inbox?

The confirmation and reminder emails we send you might get sorted into your Promotions tab or your Spam folder. Be sure you receive TeacherVision emails containing important account information by dragging them to your Primary tab, and then, in the popup message, select to do this same move for future messages from membership@teachervision.com.
